These are listed in the order that we read the chapters. The documents for each chapter are formatted such that you can print them out and answer each question directly on the page. If the chapter is assigned in sections, there is a new page beginning every section, in case you want to print out only select pages. If this is too much or too expensive for you to print, you can copy the questions into a document on your computer or into your notebook.
