Syllable Weight (Dumenil 1987): In a consonant cluster starting a non-initial syllable, a liquid shifts across syllable boundaries to the preceding syllable if that syllable is heavier than the syllable to which the liquid originally belonged. (In calculating syllable weight, input and environment weights are considered based on Bailey (1973)'s implicational feature coefficient.)
