Notes for February 6th Meeting:

I promised to write something about upstep and downstep, and I will, but probably not until later in the quarter, when we start looking at more phrase accent / boundary tone combinations.

Today, after reviewing our single utterance, we'll use Jennifer Venditti's powerpoint ToBI tutorial, Topic #3 (as well as other examples as we have time) to talk about phrasing.
