The Sociolinguistic Meaning group is a reading and discussion group with weekly meetings.

The Sociolinguistic Meaning group (So Mean) is devoted to understanding relationships between language form and social structures, with an emphasis on integrating methods across humanistic and cognitive science disciplines. Meetings typically involve workshopping current projects or discussing relevant journal articles.
